Pistol is a British biographical drama miniseries created by Craig Pearce for FX that follows Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones and the band's rise to prominence and notoriety. The series was announced in January 2021, and was directed by Danny Boyle. It premiered on Hulu on 31 May 2022.

You can imagine what Mr. Lydon had to say about it - looks like smarmy Boyle kept him in the dark about the project.

As always, everything The Mouse touches turns into absolute shit, so we all know the result.

I actually liked the series. The focus was more on Jones than Rotten or Vicious. Nothing amazing, but I thought it was decent, and the casting was pretty good
