Poe’s Law is strong here. It comes off close the real thing, but also as parody. I’m gonna say parody because of the first image’s meme masks. It does a good job and emulating that snuff film feel, though. I think the colors and detailed yet messy art do that. The scary part is that I guarantee that if it is parody that most of the followers don’t realize that.
That’s still debatable. I mentioned that if he is a troll, that most of his fans obviously don’t realize it. As someone who enjoys the art of being a troll in that sense of fooling people into believing outlandish things, there’s a weird level of hilarity to when people take your troll art seriously. I think them masturbating to your troll art is just the most extreme case of this phenomenon. Again, though, I could be wrong about the guy being a troll.

Exactly. Media doesn't necessarily cause someone to become a school shooter, but on the other hand, to pretend that media has no affect whatsoever on the psyche of a person is ignorant, especially the psyche of a person whose psyche is already damaged or weak.
There's a reason why we have ratings for things. You can say you watched R rated movies in the first grade and came out fine all you want, but if you kept that media (and worse) on the brain of a kid since they could walk, you're asking for trouble.
In some cases morality can be subjective, usually in terms of different cultures. In example, most people in first world nations believe animal abuse is horrendous, and pretty much everywhere has some form of an ordinance against it; animals have a right to clean conditions and care, even those meant for human consumption. Conversely there are countries/cultures who couldn't give less of a shit and think someone being arrested or fined for leaving a horse tied on a short rope to a cinderblock with no water, food, or shelter is stupid. Similarly, some people think gambling is immoral period, and others do not.
Art is art, it is subjective. What someone considers good, bad, pretty, etc is up for debate. Oh, you don't like that the creator of Invader Zim wrote a comic series about a disturbed serial killer and an abused child he somewhat cares for? Well, art is art.
The difference between what I mentioned above is that there are a plethora of things that are absolutely immoral regardless of culture. Sorry not sorry, but you can't draw a picture of yourself raping and mutilating a kindergartner Peter Scully-style (shudder) and then claim "art is art lmao." Of you drew it in fursona form? Nice try buddy, still isn't moral.
Society has progressed and continues to do so. This isn't 600 A.D. when 14 year olds got married and built families because they had no choice and it was a different developmental period; anybody with half a brain recognizes that while there was "sound" reasoning for that in the past (short life span) it is still wrong today.

These might've been posted here already.
Slug's earlier works were interesting in a "if Jim Henson's creature shop got outsourced by H. R. Geiger" sort of way, but they've been commissioned by furries on the reg since and now seem to mostly just draw parasite stuff now.
Some other ones so this isn't all about one artist...
Despite being censored, something about this art style is viscerally unpleasant to me. The artist somehow managed to texture body hair onto animal fur. This is what I imagine murrsuits feel like.
