Otherwise, some of the murder documentaries on YouTube are surprisingly good. This one on Marc Dutroux, this one on Emma Fillipoff,
and this one on the Wilno murders are some of the more interesting ones I've seen. Do be careful with the Fifth Estate though, their documentaries that aren't about murder tend to be Canuckistani garbage.

Avenging Force. A Micheal Dudikoff action movie about him as an ex-Secret Service agent taking on a secret society of killers and corporate higher ups underground in Louisiana. Also comes with a documentary by director Sam Firstenberg.

Nuke Em' High. 1980s B movie goodness about a gang of punks and outlaws turnt by radiation from the nearby nuclear power plant, and the all American boyfriend and girlfriend couple who get caught up in this mess.

Tuff Turf. A James Spader under the radar classic. Features him as a street smart wise guy badass singlehandedly taking down gangs out in East LA. Also features him with a younger Robert Downey Jr. as his buddy in crime.

Fist of the North Star 1996. A so good it's bad anime live action adaptation. In the era known as Century's End, civilization ended when its leaders turned to the final solution: Global Thermonuclear Warfare. As survivors salvage and scrap together what remains after the end of the old world, one man is their only hope against a despot making his reign with armies of thugs and brutalizing force.

Class of 1999. Another totally radical 1980s B movie. In the not so distant future of 1999, teenage gang warfare has become so prevalent, society has cordoned off areas of society abandoned to their control. In one of these areas, a high school dares to stand in its wake, and soon enough, it becomes a military testing ground for the ultimate weapon....

A Boy and His Dog, this film was very influential for many of the tropes of post-apocalyptic videos games that we enjoy today. It is a bit brutal at time (nothing too graphic on screen) but it takes place in a brutal setting.

Gotti (1996) - HBO - Starring Armand Assante, Anthony Quinn, William Forscythe, and half the main cast of Sopranos

This is a HBO movie from before Band of Brothers so it has that "Made for TV" aspect. Its soundtrack isn't that good, but this is probably the best depiction of the Gotti story i've seen.
Assante really gives it his all, and if you like gangster movies like Donnie Brasco, then this is very similar to that.
Great monologues, great moments, great to see Paulie Gualtieri shooting a suppressed pistol at a mobster in the middle of a street near a bunch of children who are playing.
