I don't know, at least those two try. They may not always succeed at it, but an "A" for effort is still better than a (possibly) basement-dwelling couple making piss-poor Windows Movie Maker/"Outdated 3D program" abominations and masquerading them as entertainment.

No, they're actually from a horrific alternant universe where Sonichu is reality. They run an advertising company employing random access humor, which is quite successful as MagiChan's psychic powers have rendered most of CWCville's citizens hollow shells of humanity, desperate for anything resembling joy. Oh, and CWCville is a mega city stretching from Richmond to New York. Everything outside of CWCville and it's agricultural production areas is a blasted hellscape, inhabited by psychotic raiders and the PVCC.
For the record, I really like Tim & Eric's brand of comedy. It's absolute gold.
