Max became a world champion and probably the best driver of the 2020s in any category he so wishes to do if his iRacing career is anything to go by.

RPM had a bit that in every other possible scenario Max would have bodies under his floor boards cause of Jos abuse, but he just happened to be one of the greatest racers of all time.

Jos hates anybody but him trying to have influence on his son. Horner was the chief obstacle standing in his way, so every time Horner fucked up Jos would run his mouth to the press. There's a "conspiracy theory" that I personally believed that Jos helped the female employee leak the horny texts.
I still am baffled as to how Jos didn't get banned from the paddock for eternity for airing out RB's private investigation to the press as soon as he heard about it and going on every news channel to call Horner a rapist.

I heard people dismissing Nelson piquet Jr for not being in his "inner circle" to know that kind of shit, let me remind you all that:
- He's his brother-in-law, and uncle to his half daughter and daughter.
- Max absolutely loves Nelson Piquet Sr
- Max spends a lot of time in Brazil living with his wife's family
- Nelson jr and Sr basically takes care of his stay and other shit during his brazil gp or vacation stays.

Only for his name (perhaps that is why Perez signed a lucrative deal, Mick ponied up millions to get a seat so he can show terrible he is once again! LOL) as he proved he doesn't belong in F1. Bottas would be preferred for me, if it was down to those 2. As long as it isn't fucking Herta. I still have major worries he is going to be added and if so, he will be another Mikey Andretti or Scott Speed. Hell, if they want a good American driver, Mario Andretti would do better than Herta I am pretty sure!
But yeah, figured Checo would buy his way in no prob. At least he has won some races in F1, so he isn't a Mazepin level paid driver. I am interested in seeing how Cadillac fares. Remember Haas did well on their debut, so be nice if Caddy can do something similar.
I also saw an interesting stat the other day. Right now, Alpine is the highest scoring last place team in F1 history. And there is still a half season to go. Parity *is* starting to be achieved, let's hope in 2026 we don't say *was*. I really hope we don't get knocked back to 2014 or 2000 single team dominance eras.

Agreed, and I assume its because his son is now the golden boy and they don't want to upset him by rightly nuking his dad. Its def weird as Jos is certainly a fuckwad and troublemaker.

Jos is an emotionally unstable pussy, I honestly don't know how they didn't throw this wigger out of the paddock by now. Or why the fuck Max won't grow a pair and tells him to fuck off and leave him alone. Or rather, how the fuck this shithead obtained custody over young Max after divorcing Sophie...
That was to be expected, though wasn't Bottas linked with Alpine, to replace Colapinto? And Schumacher is like Bruno Senna and Piquet Jr, won't they really go for this season's F2 champion instead (Crawford???)?

Though it all the drivers on the grid, I feel the worst for Charles LeClerc. This is a man whose got pace and skill and I could genuinely see being a Driver's Champion at least once in his life, yet he's being failed by the boys at Maranello. It would be sad if he became the next Jean Alasi, Phillpe Massa, or the slew of talent the Prancing Horses seem to constantly fail due to incompetence.
