What a brilliant track. The third place driver is driving slow on purpose to help his teammate in first and no one can pass because the track has no long straights and is too narrow in the braking zones.

he was dropping debris everywhere all along the racing line and even the entry to the pit stop, you know the tightest parts of the track with the worst visibility, like mario kart bananas lmao. brakes or no brakes he shouldve just stopped it against a barrier in a runoff

Russell now hilighing the absurdity of the rules. I hope they come down hard, the monaco hold up strategy is annoying but we can't have drivers gaining an advantage even with a penalty for deliberate rule braking.

Seems about right.
Though Russell still gained an advantage as he's still ahead of Albon.
To extra show some issues with the rules. Max could run to the finish without stopping again and still be 4th.

I think it's the frustration of the qualifying, the stupid arbitrary new rules and the Williams strategy that made Russell go full tilt.

I don't think they had a plan, I think they were just hoping for it to fall into their lap somehow.
They should have started on softs, pitted immediately then gone on Hards and held out for a VSC/SC/Red.
