Let's look at the inverse: "Well i trust the government ALL the time accept when it comes to X, Y, Z.". Which is also retarded. To me personally I think you should take information as it is, evaluate where it comes from, why they're saying it, and corroborate it with other evidence. So yes, I do think "The Government"(TM) does lie about a lot of things, I think it would be silly to assume they lie about literally everything. Just like the inverse how the inverse would be absurd. Obviously confirmation bias/running with run source can run rampant in conspiracyland, but saying that using an official/Government source to prove an argument to me has never worked as a gotcha.

I never said anything about absolutes. The criteria for using government/official sources shouldn't be ideological, it should be based on facts. It is bad when normies do it, it is bad when conspiracytards do it.

I'm actually too cool and also too busy to look into people I don't know online to form strong opinions about them, much less defend them from online attacks, but at a casual glance Flesh Simulator seems like he's more or less in on the joke. It might not always be obvious what the joke is, but he strikes me as fairly self-aware, and some people a little too eager to read into what he's saying at face value. Him pissing in a cup is funny. Maybe he really is tilted enough to be doing that as some kind of proof, but I don't think so, same as the comment about "never gone pro" when asked if he's gay.
