I do have to disagree with Fleek's statement that there aren't a lot of pirate games, since Stuart Brown once made an 18-minute video on pirate games, starting all the way back in the 8-bit era, and the pre-credits wrap-up calculated 1.37 pirate games per year over the preceding 35 years. Not a lot compared to other genres, but still way more than just a handful (though a lot of them probably haven't aged well).
