Five Nights At Freddy's The Movie

thats like child abuse
I guess if the kids are mature enough and can handle it, it's alright. But knowing FNAF fans, they are not mature.
Now I'm reminded of all the parents that let their kids watch The Watchmen because it's a "silly super hero movie" and freaked out when they found out there were sex scenes.
I was reminded of that too. Also, it's just "Watchmen", not "The Watchmen".

are you gonna convince your mom to let you see it

I don't think seeing the movie for kids will be a problem. Just buy a ticket for one movie and then go to the one you want to watch. My cousin says she does it all the time because the employees don't give a shit once they have your money and they are busy. And of course

Just don't be obvious about it. And we have certain streaming sites that makes it readily available for people to watch it from the comfort of their own home. The MPAA rating enforcement is really a joke.

I want the "people brutally shoved into animatronics suits"-thing to look something like this. Make the FNAF series horrifying again.

SO KAWAII~

Next you'll be seeing FNAF characters fighting Mario in Super Smash Brothers Quarrel! That's how it goes, right??
You can literally download FNAF themed Miis (or at least scan them from a web page) and put them into Smash4.

Also about the only thing I really think will be good about this movie is that they're supposedly using more practical effects than CGI so it should look pretty decent, maybe better than the games themselves.

Shame. I don’t know how it would have turned out or if it would have even been good, but them being insistent on using practical effects for it would have been nice to see.

Oh definitely sucks that it was never made but hey at least inspired a knockoff with Nick Cage. So there's one good thing
True, though I’d wish the “robots” had looked more like robots and not just “people in costumes”.

One of the rumors I heard about this movie when it was announced was that it was going to use actual puppeteers for the animatronics. I'm not sure if it was Jim Henson workshop exactly, it could have been another studio, but that would have been an interesting thing to see. The technology would have been a huge improvement compared to what was done with the old TMNT movies or even the Dinosaurs show from the 90's, so for me it would have been something to look forward to, especially if done correctly.
