While AbsorbedToast certainly puts in the hours into the archives (for free) there is always the aftertaste of them just not having been around long enough to be reliably informed... Combining two recent Icebergs others made doesn't help the issue (the one from Golforo is one of the worst ones I've ever seen)... should have referenced them with older ones if they didn't want to make their own. Also carries a "slop" feel to it thanks to the AI voice and unstructured assemblage of clips... From the little I've watched so far Ben's done really dirty (also no mention of SmokeTeam6 but Jet gets the Autistic Boys Money Clan origin) or Alex Stein just being there to yell at them...

Yeah I think it's cool this guy has put in the work to make a video like this and many of these clips (particularly the ones from contestants outside of the show) are ones that I haven't seen before, but a lot of the information is really surface level/obvious and much of it is just straight up wrong (such as stating the Vance 2018 bit started because there was a guy registered on the website as "VanceVictim2018"). Hell, he probably could have found the missing info he needed in this thread. Also the audio balancing is not great - there's a lot of alternating between low volume clips from an individual's stream and clips from ftlive where they are screaming and it makes it a little hard to watch.

If you aren't sure about the backstory behind something then you probably shouldn't make a 4 hour YouTube video about it - at least start with smaller pieces. But kudos for the effort, there's still some good stuff in there.

Spoiler: Thoughts

I watched about half of it skipping over large sections, and i dont want to shit on the guy too hard since its a well put together long form fishtank video, but he gets ALOT of things wrong or just has no idea what the things on the iceberg are, he frequently will get to a point on the list and just say "I honestly dont really know about this one but i think its-" and alot of assumptions and guesses. At times a little hard to watch if you have above average knowledge on fishtank lore since the guy only started watching season 3 live and everything else he includes comes from second hand sources. Still a good effort.
He also includes this post from 4chan like its actually an offical response from Jet on why cole was kicked, which makes me question if his IQ is above single digits
