I'm not as locked into the going-ons with Fishtank or Jet as some people in this thread are. Is he upset at Josie, is that what's going on in this video?

That would make a lot of sense actually. If so he's kinda setting a poor precedent here by semi-seething at Josie for not wanting to do janny duty this time around. If Fishtank notoriety just means you have to jump when Jet tells you to or else he'll vague post about you online then that doesn't sound like it will entice many people to join future events/streams.
