With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

It's more likely to be an injury, he got hit hard plenty of times during boxing, and 2 days ago he went all out breaking the boards in the living room, which could've aggravated it
 
None of the fish are being told he quit, besides, wouldn't TJ say goodbye? Oh well, If TJ quit then I'm going to laugh, talk about another anticlimactic elimination.

Edit: Okay I just watched the clip where he says he's in pain, so I can see why he wouldn't tell them goodbye if he's actually on the way to the ER or something. He was holding his rib and said there was a really sharp pain in his ribs. He would gasp or grimace whenever he moved. It didn't look fake or like he was just being a baby, they likely took him to the ER. Not a medical person so I wonder what this could be?

Edit: I found another clip where Cowboy medic assesses him and said his rib is not broken, but it's either bruised or he has a hairline fracture, either of which there isn't much you can do besides give it time and don't fight anymore. After this talk Jet said TJ wouldn't be able to fight anymore or do anything that would hurt his ribs. He was told he could stay but take it easy. After that talk, TJ went downstairs. I guess he can't handle 6 more days of being in pain and doing other challenges, can't really say I blame him if he has a hairline fracture or really bruised ribs. What a lame way to go.

every elimination has been fake and or gay. every challenge is pointless, even money couldnt motivate these retards to try. i only keep up with highlight clips and this thread for season 2, i have no desire to randomly pop on the site to see what is happening like i did in season 1. jet it up

Same. I haven't spent a total of ten minutes on the website the entire season. The challenges didn't matter season 1. It was always fakes or rigged. Season 2 is unfortunately no different. Season 3 absolutely NEEDS uninitiated fish or else it will suck
 
I hope they are just being safe and having him checked out by someone today before bringing him back. If he is actually gone for good because of this, that is a huge bummer.

Jesus that's some bad timing since they just eliminated Trish. I can why Sam opted to keep Trish in the house and has been leaning so hard on freeloaders, having just Tay and Shinji around is a bad place to be in. Is season 2 really going to end with "Asian man wins by doing nothing"?

I doubt he can stay even if he wanted to. It may not have even been his decision to leave. It sounds like he would be in pain constantly for the next week, and he wouldn't be allowed contribute to the challenges due to risk of worsening the injury. It would be unfair to Tay and Shinji to have him sit the challenges out, so I can see why he had to go. Very bad timing for all of this to happen.

Some people on Twitter are saying to put Trish back in the game, what do you guys think of that?

edit: Welp, never mind! TJ comes back inside. He is on pain meds and says his ribs are cracked. Jet said he isn't allowed to do anything physical or lift anything until the final challenge. No one is allowed to mess with him either.

Ok, he's back, and on painkillers. Confirms it is a cracked rib.

edit: lol it's just ibuprofen
 
Arise Chicken! TJ was brought back in a coffin after being checked in the basement for cracked ribs and is on painkillers.

I mean it's not really a bit this time, he legit cracked his ribs and he isn't allowed to do anything but rest until the final challenge. He's basically a free loader now. Kind of lame tbh.
