A big part of the entertainment came from the fact that everybody couldn't stand Jon and it was building to a point where they'd let it out.

Can you blame them? In contrast to Sam's unhingedness Jet is a bit of a counterforce to that. Besides that, Jet seems like a chill enough guy and fairly leveled.
