Jon being forced to piss in a cup in front of a doctor (and in turn pissing on said doctor) has definitely influenced Jon in a negative way, I find it really funny though how concerned he was with privacy then proceeding to join a show in which his privacy is entirely revoked for 6 weeks. Seems he doesn't care all too much about it, eh?

Instead of going to sleep and wait until Jon fucks up (which happens pretty quick and often), his fee-fees got hurt too much and he chimped out, resulting in him getting kicked off. He provided content constantly and was well-liked by the audience, just why? Why did he let himself being this psychologically buckbroken by a retard with a speech impediment? And now runs his mouth and getting faded to cope like a junkoid IP2 streamer. I liked him, but this is a massive L.

B-b-but Damiel is so based!!! He definitely puts Jon in his place like the retard deserves! It’s not like the one time he tried to he raged and got kicked off the show!

In all seriousness I always liked the idea of protagonists with flaws. It makes you love them more and makes their victory and growth all the more sweeter. Damiel was a good foil for Jon, but that was his peak. He never did anything outside of that. As for Jon you could literally write a 10 page essay at this point about all the shit he’s done and have plenty of stuff left over.

If a main character in a story has a physical handicap, let’s say a wooden leg, you’re not gonna think “haha look at the retard struggling to overcome a challenge due to his handicap.” I mean some might, but most won’t. If anything, you want to see him succeed more. For Jon it’s no different imo. Jon gets made fun of by Damiel? Good, he’s gonna come back and grow stronger as a person. Jon spergs out in front of the entire group? Not a problem, we get to see him make up and hopefully walk away with knowledge and an experience he didn’t have before. It even works for ships. Jon rejects Letty due to being such a fucking retard he can’t realize an opportunity? It’s just gonna make her want him more and the audience is going to ship them even harder.

I get some people are viewing this show as torture the contestants, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that view. I can definitely see why they would dislike Jon because of that and want to watch him burn. However, it’s far more fun viewing this as ongoing story with arcs. We get to see growth in real time that’s not made by producers in Hollywood, but by real connections by real people.

People look at the short term too often I’m afraid. We see someone have some sort of reaction we don’t like or act out in a way that’s unpleasant to us and we think “fuck that retard. He made me cringe, watch him burn.” But it’s much more satisfying to see things develop on their own. Every great protagonist has their low points. Every hero faulters. But it makes them human and likabal.

That one hundred percent just means Jon was still breastfeeding at age four or five, whenever he started making memories. He simply does not have the wherewithal to realize this.
 
Last night i was tuning into jon's joker speech. A mushmouthed retard is just about what I expect of the average tate fan.

I don't know if I can hate jon though I feel kind of bad for him. Not because i think the SLUTS and HOMOSEXUALS are ruining his life, I think he is just easy to take advantage of in general because he is such a retard. Still couldn't help but laugh when he said that, having had letty drooling over him the past several days and simmons cuddling right next to him.

Hope he stays, he's one of the only ones making shit actually happen.
 
What's the Vance game plan? His speech yesterday was neat and all but the guy is such a snoozer and non-contrarian.
I think I haven't seen him do anything remotely offensive to someone apart from refusing to participate in Simmon's circle thing and making a baseball impressions on Jon.
