  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

There's science to this, the summary is basically their bodies evolved for a lean diet of fish/beans/yams or whatever. Put them in 21st century Western Gomorrah and they snack on processed food and put on a shit ton of weight, their bodies cant handle the chemicals and the fats etc. Call a nutritionist, I dont know what I'm talking about, all I know is the effect youre describing is very real.

Yeah I understand Spam is absurdly popular there just because it's something that's not perishable.

That's the reality of all 'reality' TV shows though. It's hours of not much happening. A few notable things happen that make it to the final cut so it feels like a lot of things happened when you watch it.

I have the livefeed on as a background, but I'm not religiously watching it. Should probably wait for the highlight reels/finale footage if you want it to be non-stop action.
 
We just heard a really loud booming noise. It sounded to me like someone bumped up against one of the microphones. Violetta, maybe?
edit: They cut to Simmons playing harmonica in B3 then cut back to the kitchen, but it's weird and silent now. They might've cut away to have someone tell them where the mic is and to be careful from here on out. It was either that or another timewarp.
