I don't, I think Ben saw all the weird shit he acted in and his monologues and figured he was an insecure freak, but he wasn't - he's a confident freak that knows not to actually crash out and spiral into a meltdown on a 24/7 livestream. He knows he can go home and get trashed and punch walls or whatever if shit gets too heavy or he gets eliminated and won't do whatever dumb shit he does(if he even does any dumb shit) when he gets home.

James can still win if production leans heavily on physical and acting challenges, but if shit goes in a different way I think he may get eliminated and bashir or twins could win.
Really, anything is possible at this point.
