Nothing would make me happier than Sam unironically being put into a self defense situation by some retard thinking him disrupting the project is the funniest thing since the whoopy cushion. Bonus points if he's wearing the blue suit.
From what I've seen Sam could easily put a smaller dude in the hospital, imagine if the ex shows up and Sam Hyde of all people knocks the dude out on your behalf

It helps. Not hot water, cause that can cook the outer layers, but room temperature water? Yeah the movement of the water over the meat helps transfer heat into the meat in the same way that wind can transfer heat away from your skin faster than still air, hence "wind chill factor".

Ah good to know, I've been letting it sit in room temp water like an idiot. I'm not a restaurant owner like Jon though.
