For me, it's Angela Landsbury. From Gaslight (1944) to the The Manchurian Candidate (1962) to Murder She Wrote (1984-1991), few can claim a career with such breadth and depth. She appeared alongside greats like Ingrid Bergman, Elizabeth Taylor, and Frank Sinatra. She also voiced Mrs. Potts in Disney's Beauty and the Beast (1991).

Old favorite actress:
You could call Mata Hari an "actress", I guess...despite being arguably the first modern stripper I think she was one of the most interesting and intriguing ladies of the early twentieth century, even if a lot of her backstory was fictitious. Definitely very dangerous and very powerful. I like showmanship, so she appeals to me.
Modern favorite:
most modern women are kind of boring, and as a result most of the modern actresses don't really do much for me. I really liked Mary Elizabeth Winstead before she fucked up her face with plastic surgery. Still enjoy her acting. But Michelle Trachtenberg has always stood out. Obvious massive crush on her when I was a kid, and I genuinely like watching her act (this is a great photoshoot too btw so here's three pics):
