It's pretty much like this. I don't think he's buying organic, but he's not buying with a budget in mind. Chris (and I'm sure Barb to an extent) is a creature of habit so they're going to want to stick with the food they like. He's going to eat "healthy" so that means buying already premade salads. Or he wastes decent ingredients by just putting them all together in an abonimation creation. Not surprising, but he has a skewed view of nutritious and healthy, like he apparently thinks pork chops are unhealthy but thinks hot dogs are better????

Why would getting some gift cards stop Chris from asking for more immediately? Even he's bright enough to work out the math that grocery store gift cards turn into free tugboat for Lego. Or for Barb because she told him that Rocco the Loan Shark will have her legs broke if she doesn't get money to pay (herself.)

Plus, he learned CADD over a decade ago. He hasn't kept up with the new software.

While everyone else is laughing at Chris grocery shopping, I was actually pretty curious that when it comes to the job hunt, Chris has acknowledged the trolls are a major factor. In the past he's blamed stress, autism, and gender identity.

This is the first time I think I've seen Chris truly recognize his situation (just regarding the job hunt)
