Meh. One of two things is probably happening here:
1. She has cancer and her symptoms would seem to indicate it's not in its early stages. Even if it is, the treatments will be very hard on her and she's likely to die a miserable death from the cancer itself or suffocating on her own fat during surgery.
2. Her symptoms are are caused by her extreme obesity and coincidentally align with those of cancer. She "misunderstood" or is intentionally exaggerating the situation for that warm feeling of asspats and YouTube cash. She'll still likely die a miserable death, but possibly after a huge scandal when people figure it out and her short-sighted attempt to revive her channel results in its complete decimation.
I'm skeptical. She lies more easily than she breathes, and she is exactly the kind of person who'd overstate having precancerous cells in order to get the views and sympathy she lives for. Up until the last couple of days her income was tanking, and since she doesn't pay hospital bills, the fact that all of this will likely cost her more than she'll earn doesn't really occur to her. I'm sure she sees the views rising and figures it'll all work itself out somehow.
That, or she's actively dying. Either way, she's kinda screwed.
