My favorite Kubrick scene is the trench scene in Paths Of Glory.

The long walk to the trench, all the loud noise around them, the men in the trenches and the run into the battlefield.
Intense.

Definitely yes to Jurassic Park. I saw it in the movie theater when it was new and I can't even describe how exciting it was to see the T-Rex revealed for the first time.
