The cut content for Crash Twinsanity is almost heart-breaking. The game has a whole section in the concept art dedicated to all the stuff that was cut. There was supposed to be a bunch of different dimensions instead of just the two in the final game, a lot more Cortex and Mecha-Bandicoot levels, some added vehicle sections, and entire characters such as Evil Coco. I distinctly remember one piece of concept art in which Crash was wielding a massive sword. And what makes a lot of it bizarre is that there does exist character models and voice recordings for all this cut content, indicating that much of it was cut really late in development.
By itself, Crash Twinsanity is a fun but very, very short Crash game that's probably the best post-Naughty Dog game, but when you look at all the stuff that was cut from the game, you begin to realize how deeply unfinished the game actually is. What we got was good, but it could have been so much more.
