Clearly still pain pill crazy. Nodding off and itchy and shit. I bet 30mg oxycodone he & his family make an appearance on an intervention show once the fat dries up.
In all seriousness, that last episode he was on where he was tearing his own hair out because they cut him off the opioids was kinda hard to watch... partly because he's such a whiny fucking baby, but mostly because they captured the essence of a junkie pretty well. I've been maybe a tenth of the way there in terms of addiction, and have had friends/coworkers who had it worse. Opioid withdrawal is misery.

Both.
Think about how bad Steven has to smell for Dr. Now to comment on it in multiple seasons. If Steven took a shower every other day or even every third day, Dr. Now probably would be noseblind to it. Instead Steven showers so infrequently that an experienced surgeon can smell him.
