I'm not familiar with the US mental health system and charities you could access for free mental health support, so I can't advise on that, but this really isn't the place. Forgive me for my trespasses, but I really think Reddit would be better for this kind of thing. The much stricter moderation, while a pain in the ass, mean emotionally vulnerable people don't end up in situations where they are told things that emotionally vulnerable people might not respond well to being told. It also has a lot of subreddits focused around mental health support and just general connecting with people. There's one for CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, you name it -- some of the people in them are irritating, but it's still people who are going through what you are and are going to be a lot nicer and supportive. SuicideWatch is more for when you're at your breaking point, you need long-standing support too.

If you have the financial means now or in the future, definitely try therapy again. It seems you just got a dud. Your therapist not believing you suggests nothing about the truth of your experiences, absolutely. Some therapists are just shit, but a lot of therapists are amazing and you really need therapy. It's very hard to deal with the things you've been through on your own and no one should be expected to.

I completely understand being willing to do anything just to stop feeling so lonely, just to have someone talking to you regardless of the circumstances it's under or the consequences, but you don't need to do this and especially not here. You're so young. Multiple people have failed you throughout your childhood, abused you, and people who do this stuff or let this stuff happen are the scum of the earth. Fuck them, but please don't let them ruin the rest of your life. I know it's easier said than done, I really do, but it can be done. You can't change the past, but you can change the future. Please don't let them dictate the rest of your life.
