The same people who spout this shit are the ones demanding the rules of life be re-written when they perpetually lose.
If fairness in games doesn't matter then why have separate sports for girls and boys, women and men in the first place? Just let the girls compete against the boys for everything; if you end up with only boys on the track team, who cares? It's just a game, after all!
So, aside from all the psychology/self esteem issues surrounding kids' sports, which I know nothing about, this patently isn't true. Varsity athletes got $4.1 billion in scholarships for the 2018-2019 school year. All the way up through grad school, career services suggested putting sports on our resumes. In undergrad, athletes had special academic advisors and tutors to keep their grades up even if the students themselves couldn't be motivated.
Jesus take the wheel, that is depressing. Lemme guess: ED, mood stabilizers, trauma, HAES. Did I get everything?
So, what is it that compensates for health concerns? Is this less sobby Bekah? Or someone who aspires to snatch Monika Riley’s title?
But that’s the exact reason WHY skinnyshaming is allowed to continue...because people qualify it with “yeah but everyone LIKES skinny girls so me making fun of you is okay!”
we get it you're fucking fat. it's not our fault you have no self control. being fat is unattractive plain and simple.

(Mom) is 110, but that's because she's preemie, otherwise she'd be doomed to be obese as her “big family”Next time you come to the park, fat man, you wear your good shoes!

“I am separate from my weight. I don’t identify with my weight.”
in their logic, if they separate body and soul, they can just blame their body not themselves.“I am separate from my weight. I don’t identify with my weight.”
This othering of their bodies is the most insane part. BITCH YOU ARE YOUR WEIGHT BECAUSE YOUR BODY IS YOU. You don’t get to choose not to “identify with your body.” You are not separate from your weight because when your weight starts affecting your internal organs and your aching joints, you are the one who will feel the pain of it and bear the brunt of medical issues.
This current magical thinking by morons that if they don’t “identify” with some part of themselves then it’s not really there has got me almost MOTI, but not quite, because it’s just too absurd.
Next time I break my leg I will just tell the doctors that I don’t identify with broken bones, so it’s not a problem.
