🍗 Deathfat Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

Of course, once these people DO finally realize that weight loss is a lifestyle change and not a fad diet you do for a couple months, then they go on to say, "Why should I have to eat salads and be unhappy all the time?!?!? I'll just be fat and eat whatever I want and not worry about it! Life is too short!" (5 minutes later - WAHHH IM FAT EVERYONE HATES ME)

If your relationship with food is so unhealthy that the thought of having to eat a healthy meal every day is that devastating, you need help. Real help, not tumblr asspat therapy.

Thin privilege is sucking balls at math without people lining up on the internet to tell you you suck balls at math...

I weigh about 140, and I am HALF THE SIZE of the average woman in the United States… and people in the average size category often still have a high amount of thin privilege. If someone only 20 pounds heavier than me might not be able to fit into those tights, then they are far from “one size fits most.” This is absolutely ridiculous.

http://thisisthinprivilege.tumblr.c...friend-got-a-breast-reduction-and-she-weighed Pretty sure it's a troll, but this post followed another one... http://thisisthinprivilege.tumblr.c...alth-insurance-works-pretty-good-where-i-live Coincidence? I think not. Also, the overweight woman complained about losing 55 pounds and gaining it all back...because OMG DIETS DONT WORK AND ITS GENETIC

Lol triggers

Wait, they just said they were bad!

"Obligating other humans to fit into your idea of morality is bad. Obligating other humans to fit into your aesthetics is bad. "

These people are fucking morons.i am sure some fat people get shit on for being fat, but all people get shit on for what they are. It is not unique. They expect the whole world to widen up for them, and that just aint how it works. Yeah, i disagree with calling fatties names or treating them bad. However, you not fitting into something and expecting everyone else besides you to pay out of pocket for it is ridiculous. Your own personal feelings on what people think of you eating a salad in public are not my fucking problem. One lady bitched she will never see whales in the ocean because the tour company has small life vests. BUY YOUR OWN FUCKING VEST. problem solved.

Nope. Not good enough. We must provide her one out of our pockets. It is our fault we arent fat enough to understand her pain...or something. Surely with all our privilege, we can muster a few more dollars for fat vests.

I could go on and on and on. This is mind boggling.

Lolwut

Thin privilege is being the “star” of your own sexual fantasies. I’m 37 and it’s only been in the last two years that I haven’t pretended to be someone else in my fantasies.I can finally picture someone being attracted to me and sexual with me.

I'm a little divided on it, actually. Commenting on a person's weight--whether they've gained or lost--is not really the foray of a public servant. I can see how this might, possibly, be perceived as crossing a professional boundary.

On the other hand, he's a human being and he was trying to pay a compliment. Yes, maybe he could have worded it better, but it's really not getting worked up over a police officer who pulls you over for a safety violation and then compliments you.

A cop saying "good job, heres a warning" is part one of a great day in my book.

Ver archivo adjunto 1350 Can I talk to you all about Kath Read? AKA a fat heffalump? I was considering making a lolcow thread just for her, but the last time I made a thread about a fat activist it got merged with SJW. So I'll leave this here

Here is some info. Read is a completely delusion fat "activist" she claims that she faces daily street harassment for her size and gets called a fat bitch constantly in public and has people constantly taking pictures of her. Ironically, despite being a fat 'activist' she hates it when people send her articles on obesity to critique because she says it triggers her.

And not least of all...she has a god awful fashion sense. It's like she tries to make herself as ugly as possible.

Unflattering clothes, clashing patterns, home dye job....I would like to subscribe to this woman's newsletter.

I do agree that it's unprofessional and unnecessary. But even if I were to become irrationally upset about it, it wouldn't go down as something I would have to complain about to my friends or the internet. It's just a thing that happened. I mean, basically it's like, "oh my god guys, you won't believe this. I got pulled over and the cop was all, 'congrats on your weight loss!' What an ASSHOLE, right??"

If you work hard at something and its so obvious a stranger compliments you, why be mad? If she had busted her ass and got a promotion and bought a benz and the cop said nice car, would she be mad because she used to drive a topaz?

I don't even know where to begin with this. There is so much..political correctness...it's just sickening.
No approved comments yet. Is anyone surprised?

The officer wasn't commenting on her weight. He was congratulating her on her weight loss.

What the officer did was entirely professional and actually a part of his job. It falls under community outreach. He was trying to make friendly small talk to decrease the stress level of the incident and thereby improve the image of police as a whole among the public at large. He also wasn't commenting on her weight; he was congratulating her on her success at achieving a goal. The knee jerk fat acceptance twits won't ever understand the difference though, or they intentionally don't, so they scream about "thin bigotry". If she'd had a pulitzer prize hanging from the dash mirror he might well have complimented her on that. Would that have been "Journalist Privilege"?

Well he officially ruined the image of the police FOREVER! He exposed them for being the BIGOTED FATPHOBICS that they are!!!!!

I've had a vendetta against her for some time now!

She frequently does interviews with women's magazines & such. Also she owns a fat people stock photo website (which she advertised by doing a paid AWW interview & some newspaper interviews too)& no doubt gets some kind of renumeration for her blog. So she actually makes money from her activism.

Typical whiney public servant, leftist, ABC watching, Twittering fool. She deserves lolcow status.

Should I make a proper thread for her?

In other words, Chris mentality.

It's a defense mechanism as far as I can see. If something doesn't work for you it's automatically not your fault and therefore totally okay for you to dismiss it entirely and then continue to wallow about in your own failure.

Nobody ever said that losing weight was hard. It took me a couple years to get down to where I am but through proper diet and exercise I've been able to keep it off. The good part is I don't feel guilty about stuff that's not good for me. I just do it in moderation and if needed I spend and extra 15 minutes in the gym the next day.

Fat Heffalump irritates the hell out of me. I sincerely do not believe that she is harassed as much as she claims she is. Are fat people harassed? Yes. But then people of all groups are. I've been sexually harassed, and also harassed because of my disability, but both were so rare that I can count them on one hand. I've made fun of fat people, I admit, but never to their faces. I've never harassed a fat person, or seen anyone else harass a fat person. When I'm out and about in public and I see a morbidly obese person, I might have some not very nice thoughts, but I can honestly say that I've never seen anyone hurt, mock, harass, etc them. I've seen sly smi9rks or eyerolls or whatever, but again, nothing that is specifically aimed at the fat person in a way that the fat person is supposed to know he/she is being mocked. Heffalump claims she is mocked and harassed on a DAILY basis for going outside, and such a claim comes across to me as false.

I also have the feeling that those who do take pictures of her (but I doubt as often as she claims) take pictures more because of her horrible fashion choices than her weight. It's like People of Walmart, these people don't end up on Walmart because of their weight (though many of them ARE fat) they do so because of really bad fashion choices.
