She’s Canadian and these weight loss drugs are administered in a different way. As slimy as she is she doesn’t have a leg to stand on. What a sellout. But the real shock is the video of her boarding a plane for the Fat Girl Power Convention November end. Has she actually gained that much weight since then?

Fat Alex is having diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal disbalance, knocked knees about to snap at any minute under her massive barrel shaped body, horrible acne and greasy thinning hair. These are not triggered by pregnancy but now that she is with child, it's what she should be paying attention to. Not whether the child will have a penis or vagina.

It’s not like the side effects weren’t known before anyone started using the medication for weightloss. It was the side effects that made it a weightloss medication FFS.
It doesn't matter to these people as they're against the idea of losing weight.

It's like how viagra was designed for people with low blood pressure but they found it was an effective way for guys who couldn't get it up to get it up. A lot of medications were created for something and wound up being used for that, and other things they could help with.

My favorite fatty tries to weigh in on how obesity totally doesn't give you the beetus.

And yes, as far as I know she does have diabetes and most other obesity related illnesses.
Amazing how a person such as her is able to know so much about about nutrition but seemingly missed the memo that diabetes is caused by eating too much sugar / starch.

Funny how that works. And I love how she blocked the person for spitting facts.

Because I’m shocked every time I see her, here is a recent shot of minor league BoPo cow Jaimie Weisberg:

I have a generic fat question and apologies if this is not the thread for it but seems to be the most general one.
What kind of level does the loose skin with weight loss happen at? After pregnancy you can go back to roughly normal and that’s a big distention from the normal. Is there a recognised ‘point past which things don’t go back’? I’d imagine age has an effect as well.
I wonder if there’s an aspect of just ‘fuck it, I’m never going to look normal again’ with a lot of them but when does that kick in? If you’re 200lb can you get back to normal? 250? 300?

It's a matter of time and weight.

Skin will stretch. Do it slowly and over time it will still cover the body. Do it too quickly and it can tear or you develop stretch marks.

So it's a combination of both. The time spent being stretched and how much.

What about the other way? Losing weight and having it go back? Does it go back at all?

I've seen before/after photos of old previous deathfaths with hardly any loose skin, shared in the water fasting community on reddit. Just amazing. In the community, they seem to believe the best combination for fighting loose skin is: autophagy by fasting, autophagy by intense exercise, age, and genetics. And genetics being the key player.

Can't share pics as reddit blocked the old.reddit.com/ domain, and I simply refuse to create an account.

Kinda. Depends on age and how long they've been a fatass.

You see on those shows like "My 600 Pound Life" when they lose the weight they look like a deflated balloon. That skin is never going to go back to normal. Or at least if it does it will take years. So the easiest way is to get it cut off.

There's ways to get it back into shape but unless you're pretty young it will never go back to looking as it did before. Maybe a little looser, a little wrinklier but at least it's not hanging down in rolls.

As others have said it depends on how long the skin was stretched out. A year or two? It’ll slowly go back some of the way. Over a decade? Get ready for surgery or having the “crepe skin” issue. You can get some tightening by cutting water but that’s not a long term solution. The skin that got worn out from rubbing actually tends to rebound the fastest with significant weight loss, assuming you keep it dry. One of the bigger problems with excess skin, if you can believe this, is pain from it folding on itself in your clothes.

I’m having skin removal surgery from my decade and a half of being a land whale. Only having a “body lift” and a double mastectomy but between the two I should have 8-10lbs of excess skin removed and not look like a deflated basketball.

Is there an actual biological reason morbidly obese people tend to have a braying, obnoxious, loud laugh, or it is just a trait loosely correlated to whatever other issues make you 300lbs overweight?

Is it due to them gasping for breath or something?
I forget who, but there was some YouTuber correctly doxxed as a fatass due just to his voice and laugh. Fat man voice. It's a real thing.

probably cause their lungs are all fucked up and it takes them a lot of physical effort to get a laugh out. that and the obvious fat person trope of being the loud clown to (optimistically) make people less repulsed by their weight.

Others have explained the “it depends on so many factors”. You see it in postpartum women a lot, some have the skin retract back to almost normal, while others have it to the degree they have tummy tucks later. That said, anyone that loses 100+ lbs is going to have lose skin, although the extent will vary. You can definitely get back to a normal BMI from 300+ lbs, even with lots of loose skin. The excess weight is negligible in loose skin, it’s the fat still remaining under the skin that adds the weight. The more obese someone is when they have surgery, the more weight will be removed during surgery. My abdominoplasty took off 3kg (6.6lb) at a normal BMI, while my obese sister had approximately 10kg (22lbs) removed with the same surgery type.

Fat tongue problems. It’s a big factor for sleep apnea as well.

To the person asking when a thin person gains and loses then regains (kf won't let me quote that for some reason) I present Jacqueline Adan. As you can see she was very heavy then lost and looked great. And has since regained an enormous amount, very rapidly I might add. She is fascinating to me, and while there is not much about here here on KF i believe there is a subreddit for her if you want to get into the nitty gritty of her tale.

Top pic was her before and afer:
