And it doesn't even make sense for most of them. Poverty links to obesity, sure, but that's with with aspects like poor food education, minimum wage/multi job time and energy sinks, being stuck with corner store snacks instead of a grocery store, or soothing financial stressors with addictive foods. Almost all of it ties into not knowing how these things are harmful or how to be healthy regardless.

So how exactly do these stay at home, no job, parental leeching, usually some degree, pride themsleves in "researching" all day types fit into any of that? They have more than enough time to cook, are more than capable of finding the information (they know it well enough to argue all damned day). No financial stressors because they get bailed out/grift/welfare fraud. And that door dash could become a grocery delivery for a fifth of the cost. They know better, they don't care.

I've never really seen a two part dissertation unrelated like that. I'm guessing she legit looked into metabolic influences on prostate cancer that aren't disconnected at all. Should actually be able to find her dissertation as most are publically available. She fucking knows HAES is killing people and even leading to fucking cancer, she just doesn't care.
