🍗 Deathfat Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

This is Julius Maddox. His BMI is roughly half a hundred. He looks fat.

He is also the world record holder for the bench press.
I don't really want to start an autistic slapfight, but someone's gotta.

He is fat.

He's jacked, yes, but he's also fat. The two aren't mutually exclusive. It's not just this photo; I googled to be sure of what I was saying, and in particular, he has excessive adipose tissue in his abdomen, which is thought to be particularly dangerous over the long term.

Obviously, you don't get to his level without serious hard work and discipline, and I'm not saying that he's not an elite athlete performing at the very top level of his sport. I do think it's disingenuous to say that he's not fat or isn't at increased risk of cardiovascular disease simply because he is incredibly strong.

Also, I'm like 98% certain that all those fat sloppy terminally online dudes who say stuff like, "I'm bigger, but I'm really strong" picture themselves as this guy. Nice try, boys. You wish.

Zoe's poor daughter doesn't have half a chance. She's already chubby and planted in front of a screen, just like mom!

Watching the daughter debate whether to approach Wine Mommy while she's making a video, and doing the slow creep up to stand off to the side was...interesting.

My takeaway: she's basically like Alex Rodriguez in that she's profoundly superficial, self-absorbed, and materialistic, focused on nothing beyond her own immediate cravings and impulses, and basically soulless (I mean, shit, look at her bland, grayscale, half-empty house). Alex could easily be an NPC/AI construct, and Zoe's no different. Only this one's got a serious programming glitch when it comes to applying false eyelashes correctly, because god damn.

They don't even have to mention they are bigger. They are outed the second they show interest in powerlifting or strongman but a disdain for bodybuilding. I know every fat archetype.

@Falcon Sebben I'm sorry but the quote button isn't working for me at the moment. Re: elite athletes being healthier than the majority of people posting in this thread, that isn't necessarily the case if you're drawing the distinction between professional athletes and fit, active amateurs. Beyond a certain baseline of fitness it's very much a case of diminishing health returns, and working hard enough to be elite at any sport is way beyond the cut off for reaping all the cardiovascular etc. benefits while it potentially carries additional risks. Unfortunately I can't seem to get at the actual journal articles I wanted to cite, but here's a popular piece that conveys the point. (PL: I run distance, and actually may be harming myself long term though I'm by no means elite. TL: DR The science is still evolving, but the concensus so far is that engaging in a base level of fitness is the sweet spot for obtaining maximal health benefits while still engaging in a regular life.)
I'm not going to sit here and argue the minutae of all this. We're here to laugh at fat fucks who think they're perfectly fine being fat fucks and we need to change to accommodate them and not that they need to stop eating a whole box of Krispy Kreme at once.

Some guy who works out a lot might die at 70 whereas the same guy would die in his 80's if he didn't. That's still a huge difference when compared to these landwhales that will die when they're in their mid-40's.

NGL. That video by Alan made me laugh harder than I would have expected.

The rest of these idiots need to stop eating and hit the gym.

OMG DID YOU KNOW YOU CAN ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING AND NOT REALLY EVEN THINK ABOUT ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK? WIIIIIIIILLLLLLLD!

Nobody tell her The Skinnies just wear the same clothing for years because we aren’t actively outgrowing them. She’s so close to a revelation here.
I admit that, when I was very young, I wondered why older people didn't bother to keep up with the latest trends. Then I hit a point where I realized two things:

1) Fashion trends are targeted at very young people, who buy a lot of shitty, trendy clothes as a means to fit in socially, and to explore their still-forming identities. Those clothes are meant for very young people, and frequently look ridiculous on older people.

2) Once you're past a certain age, nobody of any importance really gives a shit whether you are dressed in the current trends or not, and you have bigger shit to worry about anyway. As you get even older, people are just grateful you're wearing clothes at all, so you're free to wear whatever's comfortable and presentable, fashion be damned.

By age 30, this fatty should already have figured out that older people who wear non-current styles are wearing those clothes because they are comfortable in them, and feel no pressure to keep up with stupid, constantly-shifting trends because they have adult priorities. But I guess 30 is the new 15, so she's lagging behind.

New Tammy.
Another crazy grocery haul. Didn't we already see one like yesterday?
She says it's for two weeks.
Brings up Amber and her do I/don't I have BE debacle.
Goddamn it, no sing!

Ilona did a reaction to Tammy's earlier video:

I'm impressed that there are some actual vegetables on display that aren't cooked to death/tinned, but the three slices of bread for a sandwich (while skimping on protein) is never not going to be funny.

>find your floss pot! (first vid under Alan's)

Bitch, why don't you have a fucking garbage in your bathroom wtf nasty. Or literally just throw it out, heaven forbid you walk to ... the kitchen I guess? She makes it sound like she only has one garbage in her home, which is nuts. But she also sounds like her home is full of garbage lying around.
It's so weird, because you can buy a small trash can at literally every dollar store in America.

But if she's willing to admit keeping her used dental floss in a jar I shudder to think of how she disposes ofher feminine products.

But I agree with you. He is fat and that's not optimal. But he is jacked, which is good, and that makes him different from 99% of the guys mentioned here.

In general, I believe it's better to be slim than fat, but also better to be jacked than not. Obviously being slim and jacked is the best, but between a fat powerlifter and the garden variety landwhale here, i know what I'd prefer.

Agreed

The correct answer to that is "how much you bench?" and see what happens next.

Who the fuck has to eat chocolate on bread daily. I've been fat before but could never have put bread, margarine (YUK!!!) and chocolate flakes together. I just can't with this cow!

ETA: Who TF eats apple sauce cups with potatoes??? I'm stopping this video and taking a walk to the bottle shop.

So you do "strength train" 3 times a week but you have to push yourself to walk for ten fucking minutes?
I can't wrap my head about it.

"Health is a social construct", yeah Jordan, I'm sure your heart and joints know about it.

LOL, both practices are legitimately culturally Dutch things, and more than one country eats apple (/sauce) with potatoes I think. It can be quite nice, per recipes like this.

Top hat me but I hate those body builder reaction videos. Body builders are fucking nut cases and I would take nutrition advice from them like I’d take hygiene advice from a truck stop tranny.
You wouldn't take nutrition advice from people whose life revolves around nutrition and staying fit and who consistently achieve their goals?

Average female body builder: Obesity is unhealthy. Consume less calories. Track everything you eat. Drink water, not sugar. Exercise. High protein diet.
Average woman:

LOL why do you think there exists such a comprehensive base of literature about the side effects of testosterone on women when ftm medical trooning is such a recent phenomenon?
Anabolic steroids have been prescribed to women for legitimate medical issues for a very long time. One of the main reasons for the creation of testosterone derivatives like nandrolone were to reduce the androgenic side effects.

remember to shave your face before the bikini competition, and tuck your clit. No thanks.
None of that has anything to do with nutrition.

Their goals are based on muscle mass, not overall health. While I don't question their advice on persistence and hard work, they are usually on an extreme end of a spectrum. They are wildly healthier than fat people, and their diet advice will be beneficial with a grain of salt. You wouldn't go to wrong listening, still, they are not paragons of nutritional science, and I have heard as many bizarre metabolic and food myths from them as anybody else.

It just happens that decreased adipose and increased muscle mass are beneficial, but at extreme ends you start to see cardiovascular decline. They also can go way too far for anyone not living/getting paid to gym.

"Average woman"? Counting the idiots into pseudoscience in my life... alot of men. Sleep on a bed full of magnets, take absurd supplements to "increase testosterone", fear soy, buy magic cures, eating raw meat, alkaline water, that's mostly men in my experience. I'd say men tend to buy into pseudoscience shit more often, but women buy into fad diet and "disease is a modern thing' myths more often. Both spout fat logic excuses equal measure, women are just louder and more focused on forcing everyone to find them beautiful.

Oh shit, thanks for reminding me to take my chlorophyll, though.

As for the "trooning" thing, hormones are not black and white. It isnt a simple dichotomy where testosterone is only men and progesterone/estrogen is only women. It also isn't "more testosterone better". Healthy hormonal systems balance between, and the differences is keeping the levels where they should be. Sometimes that requires additional "other gender" hormones to keep someone healthy, that isn't fucking transitioning.
