🍗 Deathfat Fat Acceptance Movement / Fat Girlcows

Their ignorance of eating really is amazing sometimes.
Maybe because they don't actually see themselves as "eating food"....instead they all seem to have "relationships with food". FFS fatties...eat your food then move on with your day, or as the old saying goes "Eat to live don't live to eat". Learn the difference and stop trying to have "relationships" with things we were never meant to have relationships with.

The spamming trailer for Astrid & Lily Save the World is driving me nuts.

The wave of fat representative shows and media is rediculous. What gets me is that every single fat woman written into a show has to be some loud, insecure, obnoxious, or "deal with it" stereotype that makes their weight their identity. This show is particular hinges on the absurdity of obese teenagers dressed like clowns as being useful, yet seems to be marketing that as fat positive?

How is that even progress? It's like considering the inclusion of black stereotypes in cinema a good thing. There was a time when Night of the Living Dead was groundbreaking for having a black actor play a normal, reasonable guy.

Yet the push now seems to be "fat acceptance" has to be exhibitionism, histrionics, sexualization, or characters whose core identity is being fat. Its just the media embodiement of the bikini in Times Square, with the utterly absurd idea that doing thing that would be obnoxious for thin people and getting glares = hate. If inclusion and acceptance was really the goal, characters would just be characters, and HAES activists would aim to be considered everyday people.

Yet, as ever, the goal is based entirely on histrionic attention seeking! Its almost like it isn't about normalization.....!
@NeoGAF Lurker kind of explained it in the Tess thread in relation to why Tess gets invited to talk about her faux-rexia. It is a way of performative wokeness, a modern way of the freak show of old. You make them think they get representation and acceptance, but really you just invite them/use them to show the freaks around and people will watch.

Nobody thinks they are brave or desirable, but they sure are funny. I mean, I at least find it hilarious.

To fat women: You don't have to lower your standards!
To hot men: OMG why are you so FAT PHOBIC!?

It's the same shit as many MtF troons do. They don't want to date people who find them attractive, but they want to date people who normally date skinny bitches/real women.

Why is the world not requiring more from people? Why are we rewarding all this shit by giving them a voice and responding favorably to their insanity?

Not just theirs, either. The voice of common sense has gone silent--because whenever it is heard it is drowned out by hysterical, worthless, destructive clowns. And I'm not just talking about fat fucks, either.

I pity the children. Oh, my God.

Aw, Marissa found a handmaiden. That's almost as good as a friend,
But imagine how hot this skinny girl will look in comparison when they go out? The hot dude sees Marissa - a loud, fat, obnoxious person with a chip on her shoulder. And then he sees this girl, who is normal weight and smiles. It's a perfect plan! In a few months/years she will ghost Marissa. Just like her other friends.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=EWqZl7sUh6YPoor fat Sarah feels bad about breaking up with her feeder poly boyfriend.
She does seem genuinely broken in sort of a Bekah way.
I like a breakup, who knows what will happen next, weight gain, weight loss surgery, troon out, non binary, lesbian phase, anorexia.

Sarah used to do porn (google Veronica Moon nude) as well so maybe she'll go back to that again.

Edited: so watched video she is going to codependents anon meetings to work out her problems.

The zebras versus horses thing... med students are prone to looking for exotic, exciting diagnoses when 99% of symptoms are due to garden variety illnesses or conditions & YES, many symptoms can be greatly eased or even go away when the patient has a decent BMI. Barring severity or bizarreness of symptoms suggesting a crisis point, the conservative approach which is often the safest, is to change what can be changed without medication or procedures carry a higher risk than do the correct lifestyle changes.

It may not score fatty med cred points but a good doctor will always rule out the most obvious things first & encourage patients to make those changes necessary to rule out more basic causes of symptoms - it makes medical & fiscal sense.

Medical systems everywhere, no matter how they're structured have taken hard hits since CoVD came calling & even after the pandemic becomes endemic it is going to take years for medical care to stabilize & be able to deliver all care in a timely manner to everyone. An increasing number of peer reviewed studies are giving us a sobering heads up about the fallout for many people who've had CoVD, impacts that go well beyond long CoVD.

So my sympathy for the heavily overweight whining about everything always coming down to "lose weight"as a first step? Zilch. I'll listen to your bitching IF you lose the weight, still have the issues & are treated like shit by your doctors. Othewise, piss off. Our medical staff are BUSY.
