If you guessed any of those, you're actually wrong, because the fairy leader looks like this:

Holy shit, i really need to dig up some recaps of reborn drama from /vp/ and just the general cringyness of the whole thing, i still recall some snippets like the poison gym leader being supposedly based on a real suicide during the roleplay that created this fangame, and the person who heroed themselves was a parent of one of the roleplayers, or when you and your "buddies" (being mostly orphans you just rescued from a super edgy crazy doctor that does does electroshock therapy on kids, also one of them is a 10 year old girl that smokes and burns doc with a ciggarete) break out of a orphanage and get chased by the police into an abandoned railnet system, at least the challenges are entertaining, but fuck me if the plot isn't cringy as fuck

Apparently, the gym leaders of reborn are based on the characters of a pokemon roleplay forum the Dev was involved in. All the way up to the genderspecial fairy Gym leader (She actually wants people to refer to her a Xey/Xem).

Yeah, which speaking of... I believe Pokemon Showdown actually makes their own Fakemon that get their own tier. I don't quite remember them all, but I do know they even get their own 3D models.
