I was hoping someone would notice or at least mention that. As it is, I suppose it would be a variation of synesthesia, but I don't want to be that definitive in naming it outright. I want Magi's narrative to sound genuine but at the same time scrambled, like he's got five or six different trains of thought running through his mind constantly and sometimes words and phrases come out jumbled, like he's a few synonyms off from making actual sense.

Speaking of the gremlin...

 
Not gonna lie, this page and the last I rewrote like a half dozen different ways. with varying levels of lewdness. One version I had Silvana flashing Magi but decided against it because it didn't quite fit the character, it felt too porno, and plus I don't want to end being known for drawing furry ducks...

...Lord knows I'm going to have enough problems after I finish this particular yarn.

You know, I had that exact same page in my head when I was doing the last page, and I was hoping I wouldn't fall into the same cringe pile. Pretty sure I skimmed the edge however.

Anyway, we still got the main story to go through. No dicks in this one either. Terribly sorry about that. Also, the paneling was me trying out something, but in the end it was kinda eh. In later pages though I do keep using the template.

 
What is this... Blank actually managed to have an entire "discussion scene" happen in a single page?! Surely something must be wrong with the stars!

Also, I tried to tighten up the artwork a bit more than previous Sin Sonichu pages. Let me know what you think of if you prefer the more blobby/abstract style more.



And of course, since it's a Sin Sonichu yarn, she had to show up.

I’m enjoying the current style, as it seems fitting for the whole memory viewing thing. Last year’s worked for the creepy noir cult stuff, not sure if it’d fit the current feel of the story the same.

I really like the dialog you had for Sonichu. It captures Chris's speech patterns so well!
 
I'd say the style shift for this last one fits with it being someone else's memory. Everything we've seen up to this point has been from Magi's perspective, and he's naturally going to see the world differently from anyone else.

If you're going back to Magi on the next one, then shift back; if you're sticking with whosever "eyes" we're seeing through for this one, then stick with this style for the meantime. That's my not-an-artist opinion.
