So I finally caught up on this whole thing; @_blank_ , great work. I didn't like your art at first, but then it grew on me right as you starting using more computer editting; It still looks good, I just wanted to commend the style/evolution of the style in general. I'm also floored at what a good job you did of embracing the Sonichu canon and creating a really immersive story. It's like, you gave the characters the drama and personality that Chris wanted, and really nailed it without back pedaling or leaving things out.

If Rosechu's Story is over, I'm all the more grateful that this project is still moving forward, and if Rosechu's Story isn't over, I'm still really excited about the next page.
 
HOLY SHIT I'm pinned to the main Chris forum. I'm finally going places! Seriously though, thanks @trombonista - I'll do my best to not go AWOL for months at a time (again (again-er) ).

Thanks - I still think my art still has a lot of growing left to do, but comments like this help encourage me along. Also, I hope Rosechu's Story isn't done. I haven't heard from @Trickie in a long while. Hope she's doing okay, wherever she is now.

Anyway, back from my mini-vaca. On with the show!

More precisely, since when does Patti-chan have Sonichu monstrosities that worship her as a goddess? I thought she ate souls herself with no need for subordinates.

Those happy campers would be part of the Cherokians, which were first introduced waaaaaaay back on page 64 and 65...

As for Patti-Chan, she doesn't need them per se, but she keeps them around from grunt work and to keep tabs on things while she's reaping souls.

We'll be seeing more of the Cherokians in the near future, but for now...

Heh, I think in due time she'll be getting those 'brows. But for now, this version of LW is kind of an amalgamation of the different iterations of the person.

You can kinda see where I was going with the eyebrows initially. Probably redrew her introductory panel half a dozen times before I landed on something usable.

And speaking of which...

It’s only when handed to a competent writer/artist that you realize just how many of Chris’s characters are basically insane in some form of fashion.
