Somehow it never occurred to me that he was basically just a wild animal with extra sentience that got pushed down this life style by Chris.
Well Done. I'm intrigued by where this is going.
 
I haven't commented on this thread in a LONG time, but I need to start posting again. I've been telling you on skype, but god damn this is amazing. You're continuing to make something that was so shitty into something epic. Bravo to you.

This is Sonichu's backstory. It does make him sympathetic enough, but let's not forget how Chris is treating Rosechu here - as a vapid slut who doesn't think. We KNOW for a fact that she's intelligent now, and we have no idea yet if there was a transtion or if she was always smart and Sonichu never saw it.

It's quite a circular thing. Sonichu was corrupted by the Great Director Chandler and then corrupted Chr!s-Ch@n. Who knows what'll come out next?

And to think I wanted you to call this comic "Bent Duck Tales", _blank_ . The Real Sonichu has turned out a Real good name for this!

A bit out of season, but it is nice to see at least a somewhat sympathetic backstory being given to Sonichu. Most fics I see just make him the mouthpiece/"yes man" with a hard on for Chris and an all around asshole. Granted, you're kind of doing a mix of the two right now, but still.

Hmm. There appears to be a breaking point when the sonichu's and rosechu's become independent of Chris's will, but Sonichu himself becomes more corrupted.

On the edge of my seat now!!!!
 
Hey all - what's new.

So here's the thing: TRS isn't dead, I'm just on an impromptu hiatus for the remainder of the week. Last few days I had been taking care of wrapping up a couple of months-long print and video project for work, and preparing shit for quarterly meetings. I was hoping to work on stuff today, but I was up til 4am with a migraine and now feeling like I just got ran over with a tractor. Then tomorrow and the weekend, I have to be dealing with other stuff I'd rather not, but no one else around here can or will.

So, probably gonna be getting back in the saddle come Monday. Until then, what plotlines should I hit next? Working on Sonichu's nightmare right now, but otherwise I got...

  • Robbie and Wild's big parade to the mall.
  • Megagi goes to Bat Country
  • Crystal's backstory
  • Baggett vs. Magi-Chan & Colossal Chan
  • More fun with Lolisa
  • More fin with MLW
  • Where the hell is Rosechu
  • _blank_'s depiction of Angelica which is to drive fear into many a passerby
  • Happy Sunshine Family Fun Night at Blake and Bubble's
  • Fuck it, let's do another plotline.

Although the Baggett plotline is soooooo chock fulla actiony goodness, a detour into Megagis subconscious would be fascinating.
Though, pretty much all of your versions of the Sonichu cast are extremely interesting and well worth following.

I do think the "start a new plotline" would be what Chris would do, I think it would be a better idea to NOT write like Chris does.
 
I would love to see more Bagget related action but I want to know what is going on in the PVCC as the battle unfolds. On a side note will Punchy be joining Wild's parade to the mall. Whatever you do just don't let it be Angelica my brain can't take anymore Fuzzy Wuzzies
 
I might kick myself for this later, especially if the results are as fucked up as I think they'd be, but...I gotta admit I've been curious about what's been going on in Megagi's mind ever since you introduced Chloe's powers, it would be interesting to follow that. It might scar me for life, but hey, such is the price to pay when dealing with Sonichu.

I do agree with LordCustos3 though, your takes on these characters are so interesting that I could go with just about any of those and still be interested and satisfied.
