Wow, between this, Rosechu's Story and the new demo for Maple's Adult Chronicles, this was an excellent time for me to return to this forum. Excellent work!

Okay! time for some new... recycled... stuff... hm... Also apologies about uploading this kinda late. Blacked out for a couple hours after work today. Whee...

First up, as promised - the properly colored p.37 from yesterday.

Yeah... Simonla is totally the anthro female equivalent of 80s Dolph Lungren...

Next up is a handful of sketchdumps - the first just random thumbnail sketches that kinda accumulated over the previous 10 pages. Really, kinda only excited for artist wonks, I'm sure...

Seriously though, love the colored page and love the sketches, And Kudos once more and making me actually believe Wild cared more about Simonla than just a sweetheart to fuck all day. I actually feel sad for him, bravo.

So... couple of funny things about today.

As I mentioned a while ago, the way I plot is mostly organically. I have a set idea of where things should go, but I don't have too much of a structured path on how they get there. But... sometimes something clicks. So as I was falling asleep around 2 in the morning, I was plotting in my head how to layout the next page. And then it hit me. Something massive in the plotline I've been building that aligns so very well with one of the loose plot threads in Chris' original comic that once I implement it, shit is gonna change in a big way...

...but that is the first part of things. Second part is today I have been running on fumes. The past six days I've been at work for 9-10 hours on a kick. Although I am really, REALLY stoked to start the next page- fact is once I got to my drawing table I was passing out in my seat. Sooo... no page tomorrow, unfortunately.

BUT! Not wanting to leave you fantastic people empty-handed, I decided to at least get some practice in and finally make some headway in those sketches I was offering earlier this month. This isn't all of them, but I think after this I should only have two or three left...

First is Alan Pardew for... Alan Pardew. Y'see, I'm a filthy American, so I don't get quite what the hubbub was about the headbutt. Yeah, definitely not sportsmanlike conduct, but after watching the footage, it looked more like a shove more than anything. Still, that's just me. Enjoy the foreheadness of this sketch. Or whatever.

A present for @Pikimon and their particular passion of personal physique and perversions. The pompadour was a bonus. Also, I just realized I worte Pikonic and not Pikimon. Totally my bad, and I hope I didn't offend either party.

And finally, a sketch that vaguely adheres to what this thread is about. @RogerRabbit1988 asked for Chris as Roger Rabbit, which was a bit bizarre if onlt because Roger is built like a piece of stretched taffy whereas Chris is... Chris. Still, I think it worked out okay...

So that's all for right now. I'm going to be going gung-ho on the latest page tomorrow and hopefully have it ready tomorrow night, with the Friday page hopefully still BEING a Friday page.

Tomorrow is my first day off in about a week so gonna try to shoot for a Friday page which will hopefully start explaining some things. The rabbit hole is going deeper...

Soo... Sandy doesn't exist, but Spunky's got a kid now? I'm guessing bionic is the father, then? Not sure how I feel about this. The Bionic and Spunky/Megagi relationship always seemed forced to me. I dunno, I might be able to get into it, depending on how it's treated.

Just a heads up, though, some of the background seems to have bled into Chloe's right ear in the bottom left-most panel. [/OCD]

Originally I was thinking something along that line. However, as I mentioned on Wednesday, I had an epiphany character development regarding Megagi. Seriously, it was one of those "sit-up-in-bed-holy-shit-eureka" kind of moments. You'll see...
