There seems to be a big difference here as far as lineweight goes, the lines are much thinner and have less variance. They're also rather rough, which is a problem you can run into when you're working on a tablet because it's hard to get a smooth line in one go. I'd recommend thickening the lineart up a bit and finding a stroke stabilizer for whatever program you're using (I'm guessing photoshop, in which case there are third party plugins you can get online for that. Alternatively there are other programs you can get for relatively cheap that have the stabilization built in, like Painttool SAI and Manga Studio 5).
That magneta text, btw. Is that Sandy singing, or is she playing the song on some kind of device?
Do you prefer the hand-drawn style or... does it really not matter?
