Eh... kinda sorta. He's the more reigned in one, but as we can see he does have his issues.
All the Sonichus are avatars of Chris' traits. Magi-chan simply has been better at repressing them than others. Unfortunately, he's been holding it in so long that he's reached his breaking point.
Pretty much this. A while back, I discussed how I wrote the Chaotic Combo in conjunction with Chris' "7 deadly sins" wherein each one personified a part of it. For Magi, he has always been a personification of Chris' sloth, in which Magi has the ability to monitor an entire city and travel through time, but never does anything than be Chris' plot device.
Magi-Chan's losing his cool and Punchy is losing a fight. This is a bad day for the Combo. What's next Sonichu will have lost his ability to go fast.
Well, he is recovering from the combined effects of Chloe's spore attack and Dagget's tranqs... soo... kinda sorta... however, he's still the miserable pill we all know and love.
About Silvana: All the other 'chu girls are varying degrees of milksop cornpone valley-girl, while Silvana is 3 parts Bond Girl and 2 parts Bond Villain. Even her name sound like a Russian spy. "Silvana". Agent Silvana Humpalot of the NKVD.
She needs a catsuit and furry russian hat.
Unfortunately I'm in a bit of a rush, but I'm going to have to remember to make quick sketches for both of these replies. First first meeting Silvana's approval, the second one dressing Silvana up like Black Widow.

Thanks for that. And yeah, I think I've figured out a process that seems to work. I'm not going to explain how, because it's really not that interesting, nor do I want to jinx it, but I will say it may or may not involve unicorns.
Are you implying that Magi isn't gay in this version? Or that Silvana doesn't have a pickle? Excuse me, I need to protect my headcanon.
Silvana is a psychic promiscuous shapeshifter. She can cater to whatever you're in to.

In regards to Magi's sexuality... I have something planned for him, but I suppose for the most part I write him as an asexual character, with the exception of Silvana, but that's mostly because he thought it was supposed to happen. I do have something planned for him in the future though.
And Silvana- honestly I'm probably not going to make much issue with her pickle. I figure she's essentially the Sonichu equivalent of Mystique and can a pickle, no pickles, or like four dicks growing off her feet (gold star if you get that reference).
