Chris, if I give you $200, will you go have sex with a prostitute again?

I'd never fund you otherwise.

Please hire Christian a black pre-op transsexual prostitute.

Preferably wearing a pickle costume, and given the explicit instructions "Christian's a bit inexperienced and shy, but don't take no for an answer."

Speaking of foreign money, Zimbabwe used to issue $100 trillion notes a few years ago (if you had a few you could buy a loaf of bread - runaway hyperinflation). But they're too cool to send to Chris.

It'd be funny if someone send that to Chris just for his reaction thinking he is rich or something. But then that would be trolling. The guy has poor knowledge on currency values. In Vietnam, everything is considered ridiculously cheap and a great deal to the Americans. But to the Vietnamese, they have to work for them.

Yeah, the same thing happened in Serbia in the 1990s during sanctions.

According to Wikipedia, "Yugoslavia's rate of inflation hit 5 × 10(15) percent cumulative inflation over the time period 1 October 1993 and 24 January 1994."

They actually have to use exponents to represent the rate of inflation. It was something like 37% per hour at one point.

This reminds me of when you were a kid, going through the Toys R Us Christmas catalogs and circling everything you wanted and telling Santa.

No cahoots, you are the Santa.

I bet Chris wouldn't even play with most of those sets he listed. What he would probably do is sell them on eBay.
In all seriousness it's not that he's asking for more help while his house is being redone. A simple Facebook status like "Thanks again for everyone who's been helping us out these past few months, if you still want to help we would greatly appreciate it." wouldnt have rustled us like this has. And to be honest when I saw the requests for Applebee's and Food Lion I wasn't angry, he could have approached it better but whatevs.
However, just like everyone else, it's the 5k worth of Legos.
And if he does plan on selling them on eBay than he's stupider than I even thought, because if he kindly asked for more help financially we wouldn't be on page 12 of this thread.

I wonder how Chris feels about our general criticism, assuming he has either seen the thread, or has had someone inform him of it. Indifferent, is my guess.
Depends on how carefully he reads them. Just glosses over them, he wouldn't care, he'd just say it's troll crap. But if he reads them carefully, he'll consider the ideas they're expressing, get cranky, but ultimately deny it as troll crap. It'll still tweak him, for at least a little bit.

There are 9 rows and 4 in each row, and from the glare it's clear he took individual photos of at least 36 pages in some booklet of Lego figurines, for the sole purpose of asking Facebook God to buy them for him.

It's both the hardest he's worked on anything in years and just some new level of pathetic.

....just checked his Facebook, didn't see the request status.
Deleted?

Nope, still up.

Alright Chrissy, I'll buy you a Lego set, but it'll have to be dis one.

I imagine Chris would try to sell any gift card he received for food/groceries, no doubt asking for the exact amount in cash. NO HAGGLE.

Clicked the link, in tears of laughter right now.

Ah, silly me, thought it was a status, not an album.

Anyhoooooo, Kim is here!

Huh, but your birthday was three months ago. Why are you asking for stuff now?

Okay, here's the list of logos he posted:

* TGI Fridays
* Applebees
* iTunes
* Food Lion
* LEGO
* Target
* Walmart
* Wood Grill Buffet
* Toys R Us
* McDonalds
* Burger King
* ihop Restaurant
* Kroger
* Arby's
* Gamestop
* Big KMart
* Best Buy
* Barnes & Noble
* Harris Teeter

(P.S. I hope it's not gonna be another stupid riddle again)

I call bullshit on Barnes and Noble. I know he read that book on how to talk to girls (ugh.) but I doubt he's a reader in any capacity. I think this is just fishing for whatever he can get, or maybe Barb is a reader, but again, doubt it.
Not to mention Barnes and Noble can get expensive quick. I bought three books today and they were about $75 total.
(I'm ignoring the fact you can can get cheaper and not everyone is like me and has to get 3 or 4 books at a time)
