Should aromatics be considered condiments too?

These are pretty solid, got a nice bit of heat and flavor to them too.

Harissa fucking rules
Also in this vein, gochujang. Regional chili sauces of all varieties could have a wildly successful WWE-style cage match.
I like that sweet mayonnaise sauce or whatever the fuck it is that japs put on their sushi.
This is hibachi sauce or Yum-yum sauce, depending on who you ask. It's just mayo, ketchup, and regular spices, something very easy and delicious I think everyone could learn to experiment with at home. I make a squeeze bottle for my rice bowls every once in awhile.

Oh what a shock another SPIC KETCHUP cuck. Look at me pain is yummy actually! I love having whatever im eatings taste be

COMPLETELY.
FUCKING.
OVERWHELEMED.

It's people like you that are RUINING the condiment fandom. Being a condimhead used to actually mean something.
Sir, you find Tabasco painful. Get the fuck outta my fandom, poser.

This must be extremely Australian because I've never seen it at my local hot sauce store.
There is a deli near me with an entire bodega-sized section that is all hot sauces.
I have the greatest grocery store in America, maybe the world, local to me, he sells most of these, stocked up when he had them on sale last Christmas. The Green and Gold is real good, the Salami Sauce is good where you'd use mustard. Expensive, but worth it. He also had a Cholula Lime and Tequila sauce for a bit that was pretty good. Jungle Jim is an interesting character and if you ever find yourself in SW Ohio, try to hit the first store in Fairfield. It's an experience and he's got a beer tasting bar, so you can drink while you shop.

the world is not ready for my kimchi, gochujang, and uncooked instant ramen noodle sandwich

I am fucking jealous.

I don't touch alcohol anymore but, if I'm ever in Ohio, I will look out for this place... and they have cigars?! Goddamn, I see you are still allowed to have fun in Ohio.

And I'm gonna say it again. Make your own. Much much better than Angry Grandmother and dead easy to do.

And it makes your house smell amazing.
I think Lao Gan ma uses way too much MSG, it has that weird chemical/metallic taste that happens when you overdo it. I find it overpowering and unpleasant

We try, about half of our shitting on our own state is to keep the nice stuff nice. The other half is honest, but in spite of Cincinnati Chili, if it's not your thing, SW Ohio is the best part of the state. Has his own podcast too. And a monorail. A cheese section that could even make Jersh happy.
