Expressing anger through violence - Aka when is it ok to tard rage and punch holes in the wall

Where's this anger originating from?

If it's inferiority, ineptitude or work stress, I highly suggest you vent at your local gym or get a nice place to run. I've come home a lot of times completely pissed or tired, and felt tremendously better afterwards. The anger helps with the reps as well, unironically, and you'll look fitter and healthier, which is pretty good for your self-esteem.

Personally, I avoid conflict, but I'm not opposed to decking some exceptional individual if they mess with me. Breaking others' property is unwise unless you actively want to be sued. Breaking your own stuff is going to make you regret it afterwards.
 
Find some homeless and beat him up, just don't be an asshole and pick one that deserves it and can fight back
 
Music is how I deal with it most of the time. Doing something productive like chopping wood is also good, just control yourself so you don't go so wild that you put the axe in your leg.

There are many things to become angry at. We live in an a chaotic universe where things often don't make sense. With that said, losing your shit will only result in shame and regret.
 
Anger like all emotions need to be controlled. War and times that call for violence anger should be used, anger should be a tool to rile people up. If I were a Ukrainian use that anger and decapitate that Russian soldier bare handed.

When is it not appropriate to reeeeeee angrily (you lost an argument, you got upset by a joke, etc etc...)
 
My walls were swiss cheesed in my teens and early twenties. I had pretty substantial anger issues, and I swear to god it's either genetically or memetically heritable, because I lose my shit in exactly the same ways my dad used to, but probably a little worse. Every time I chimped out, I felt bad about it, and to a worsening degree, every time, until I couldn't do it anymore, out of shame. I don't think that method works for everybody. Chimping out is not a good look, and things don't deserve to be broken over the actions of people. People do. Find a way that works.

For me, I wait for the day where I get to beat the shit out of someone, justifiably. All of the anger I have bottled up since the last hole made in my wall is going to come out at once, and I hope the guy who did me dirty ends up looking like ground beef. That desire is going to live comfortably, just under the surface of my skin, until I find that special someone who is truly intolerable. I think it's healthier that way.

My anger stems from a lot of pent up bullshit done to me over the years. It doesn't help that my parents were very angry people by nature which is something I inherited. There were times when I was younger where I'd punch doors and slam shit around and it felt great, but as you get older you start to realize that it just makes you look and feel like a fool.

If you really want a more physical outlet I suggest seeking out a wreck/rage room. There are literally places that let you break shit for as long as you want and you can chimp the fuck out properly in a safe area. Listening to music helps as well, which sounds stupid but you'd be surprised what a Tool album does to a man.
 
There's plenty of times where you should punch somebody. It shouldn't be your first instinct or something you do often but don't just dismiss it as an option.
