Yeah I agree. From what I understand you still need to lose a certain amount of weight beforehand to both prove to your doctor that you're capable of keeping a diet and because it's dangerous to operate beyond a certain point. So yes it is commendable, I'm always for people bettering their lives. I wouldn't say those things typically but MBP's holier than thou persona is very annoying considering the circumstances.
Losing 50 pounds and getting surgery to complete the rest is leagues different than losing 400 pounds all on your own, and yet MBP is acting like he did the latter.

I agree. I know because huge PL I'm in the field and the amount of techs, CNAs and nurses we need is insane. They legitmetly don't care what you do in your personal life as long as it doesn't come into work or harassing someone at work. Let me tell you most of the techs and nurses I know are fucking nuts and lush degenerates outside of work. The stuff they do and say are sometimes worse than anything MBP has done. ( sometimes can't blame them, this field can drive you nuts sometimes) and I legit work with bitter overweight fags ( cools dudes sometimes)
