She's directing rude comments to her inbox not for the retarded, nonsensical excuse she gave, but because she doesn't want to be publicly called out or ridiculed on her public post.

Took me a few minutes to realize that she's talking about the elephant and not the girl in the picture and the girl is, in fact, the OP. When will these fatties realize how embarrassing it is to mock Amber's size while they're not that far off from her themselves?

Went back to look for the post but seems like she grew a modicum of self awareness and deleted the post.
