I think it's a case of being too pure/naive for amberverse.

Rose's reactions on their own are pretty boring but the reason they're good is because she actually gives medical insight and facts in response to the stuff that Amber says. Yes she did that "recreating Amberlynn outfits" video which is questionable if you look at it on its own, but I don't think that's enough to put her among the other delusional reaction cows since you have to look at her entire channel overall. As far as I know she's the only medical professional in the ALR reaction channel community, so the things she says do add to the conversation and are interesting, AKA she actually has something to offer instead of just staring at Amber with a gaping mouth and piping up every few minutes to say the same thing everyone else is saying.
