I mean it's not particularly surprising considering one of the planned "love rivals" for the game literally includes Senpai's sister. Wonder how those volunteers who did all the original art feel seeing it be used to make AI goonbait intended to fill story gaps YanDev is STILL too lazy to write and finish in his game.
But all of that is literally better than anything we've seen him actually develop. Like who is fooled by this at this point? An entire generation has grown up and matured in the time this 'man' has developed his 'game'.
Is Discord still banning users who use the exporter? I can try making an alt account and scrape from there but I'm not going to have the space to export any media

I had an account that was given to my friend who gave to her friend that has access to the server but the fact is, its just children in that server. There's a shit ton of children, I considered asking said friend to archive the server but I do believe it will take forever and be a large file. Unlike the Offical r/osana server.
DCE was a great tool, you plugged in your credentials and the chats and it just dumped out all the data. However DiscordChatExporter has reportedly gotten cracked down on. They know their valued paying customers and their paying discord booster kittens value their walled garden and hate getting exposed.
I would test this with burners before actually using it with an account in any now locked-down discord.

I found an old alt account I made from before Discord started to crack down on verification. I'll get started exporting the main chat but unless there's a previous archive, I'll have to go through 8 years worth of messages (first message is from April 26, 2018 ). For now I'll try to grab the main channels that aren't spam or aren't locked.
I'm doing a JSON export with no images and format markdown disabled so it can work with DCE-Frontend. I accidentally started an export with markdown enabled and that JSON alone was 450mb and only got up to January 1st, 2020 before I canceled it. I'm restarting and splitting it into 128mb partitions but it may take a while assuming I dont get banned first. This is my first time doing an export of this magnitude so I'm open to suggestions and would be willing to download some attachments if its worth it (like emojis or posts by Alex).

Okay it took me longer than I wanted to and almost got my account banned, but here's an archive of the Official Yandere Simulator Discord as of May 5th, 2026. There's over 8 years worth of messages with the main chat having over 6 million messages and offtopic having 3 million. Uncompressed it's almost 12GB of text combined (8GB just for the main chat alone) so be warned before you unzip it. I didn't have time to really scrub through it so most of the text may not be interesting and I know the mods are pretty vigilant when it comes to deleting content so some things may be long gone by now. If you want to look at the very beginning of the main chat, the first message was "herro".
Unfortunately due to the size I wasn't able to scrape any of the artwork or bot spam channels since they're kinda of useless without the images and most of the post made by Alex in those channels weren't that interesting. If you would want the text of those anyways let me know. I tried downloading fan art from the read only contest page and the exporter started downloading every single profile picture of each of the 10,000 users who reacted to the images so I had to give up on that due to time.
BTW, for posterity sake, the deleted user with the ID '456226577798135808' was YandereDev's first account before he deleted it and made a new one (I forget why but I think it was after the email hack).
