It also still boggles my mind he didn’t have Glitchcloud sign a contract/NDA or anything. In a sense it’s good, because you can demand your music be removed, but for him it was such a stupid move. It's something a relative apparently got for him if I understand correctly. So it's not fast food or any type of no-skill service job.


Also I don't see why he's having such a hard time planning shit out.

If the goal is to murder people in creative ways in an open world it can be set up real easy.

Have some sort of hidden evil shrine, have a totem there be some sort of evil incarnate thing that demands human souls and the MC becomes the servant to this blood god in exchange for power. That way you've taken care of the motive and means for character progression or upgrades.

From there you do the mission structure, start with 3 characters and plot out their obstacles that the player can encounter and whatever strategies they can employ.

Like have one girl routinely visit the roof alone where as every other location you find her she's always surrounded by people, that way you can kill her without anyone noticing if you wait on the roof. There you have your first mission and can construct the timed pathing for the character. After the mission have the player return to the shrine after each mission for the next objective.


Have the other two be similar to the first mission since it's only the start of the game but add in another mechanic like a simple environmental hazard like getting killed indirectly by a car while crossing a busy street or a range kill. There by teaching the player how to stalk their targets or employing a single bonus objective(like getting killed in a specific way for more exp). Have the Evil Totem give a deadline so you have a set number of days needed to pull this off and also be able to gather intel on the target by talking to people or stalking so you can plot out what to do. Thereby leaving it open to the player how they want to go around solving the objectives.

This will include information I have and haven't been so vocal about in the past with me admitting up to some mistakes and maybe giving some closure about stuff. I'm gonna start with my experience on the project, getting involved with the drama around the game, and where I am now. I will also be telling absolutely every bit of information I know about the project from the other people I have worked with on the project and from Alex himself. I have signed no documents or agreed to any terms with him so I'm gonna go wild.

In early 2018 I had finished work on the cartoon "Guild Breakers" for the animator MattyBurritoMB on youtube and was on the hunt for work. I had learned of the opportunity Alex was offering with the volunteering for the project. Ihad sent him an email and some demos of my work and he had responded within hours. I was immediately put onto the project and my work started. He sent me some very vague and weirdly organized instructions on the way he wanted the tracks to sound. Here's the directions.

He set no deadline and I had decided to approach the rock song. This eventually became the now patched out version of the track that band plays around 3 in the music room. This track took around 5 months to get to a point he wanted due to his unclear instructions and somewhat inconsistent contact schedule. In the meantime I got involved in some drama after I kept seeing this YandereDatadigger individual kept commenting on my youtube posts. I at the time was on the side of YandereDev as I had thought a fair bit of the criticism to be lacking information and some sides of the story. I eventually had decided to organize a debate with her as a representative of YandereDev. This is where the screenshots of her saying all that shit about the LGBT community and shit came from. After this I just got in some weird ass back and fourth beef with her where i was just egging her on like some child and she kept responding. Eventually I was linked to someone named COWS from the youtuber Manga Kammen as I was looking for someone to cover her. I personally did not feel like the information she was spewing was of any value and she was given a platform to just spew lies. I befriended COWS and we made the series on Digger using the screenshots and many of her own youtube comments and videos against her and her points. This caused the drama to get more toxic and horrible in the community. During this time dev had made me aware of the noe famous gremlin video he was making and I had some discussion with him on how dehumanizing critics kinda makes him look like an exceptional individual. Of course he didn't listen and stuff between me and hin changed. As i grew to learn with the people from kiwifarms and the critical reddits of him I started asking more questions. Soon I was asked about how much he had spent on the reddit and i decided to ask him myself. I got a vague response and posted the screenshot online. He had learned i had posted this screenshot and cut ties with me while banning me from all the forums and discords he had made. He had removed my song and replaced it with a inferior ripoff. I had contact with one of his mods and threatened to sue or speak out on him if he had not removed all my work. Most of my work is gone from the project but some still lies. I think of it as a giant fuck you to him. I have moved on from the drama mostly and am just here to see what's going on.

I do though have people in the inside telling me some of the stuff he has planned. I know about the anime intro he had planned and the early 2019 plans he initially had for Osana. I know about the drama with him and the modeler for the new completely original base model. Alex has 2 years max before he drops the project for good and runs with the money. He planned a kickstarter to gain even more money to make up for the wasted development funding he got through patreon. This game is as good as dead and the dude now has a normal job. Let this man's game be a tale of how not to make a indie game. I thank this project for helping me be boosted into other projects and its help it provides when applying for other projects. I hope the see all the artists who put so much time into this project get the chances i got.

So you have basically left him, because he erased your name from credits("g-guys, can you check if he deleted my name from credits, please?"), not because you've found out who he really is? Good to know, that after Wonkolo incident Alex is trying to find volunteers, that are not much better than himself.
Also, if you want people to believe you, give them something bigger, than just your and especially Alex's word.

I think the biggest issue is that he's trying so hard to make it almost impossible to kill Osana that he consistently has to think of new ways to stop the player from doing it every time he adds a new killing method. The issue shouldn't be if you can go up and kill Osana at any given time, the issue should be getting away with it. One of the things he could in theory do is to start by removing easy "looks like an accident/suicide" options like poisioning or electruction - just have the nurses office closed and have Osana go and get a soda instead of going to the drinking fountain when given salty things. Make the school smaller so that if Osana is alone somewhere the obvious path ways to escape undetected are closed off by having students and teachers move around in those areas etc.

In all honesty, he's making it far more complicated than it really has to be, but he doesn't seem willing to cut surplus stuff from the game.

Well supposedly 4chan just said a delinquent sim or something. You can be inspired by someone else's idea and make it your own. You can even use the same idea as someone and still twist it to be your own.

Why not? When I found out who Dan Harmon is, his subpar cartoon turned into fan fiction of an alcoholic with overblown ego. As for Alex, it's nearly impossible to separate one from another. It's buggy, because it's creator is a shitty programmer. It's edgy, because it's creator is a manchild. It's unrealistic, because it's creator is a shut in. And it's almost 6 years in a fucking development and not nearly finished, because he doesn't know what the fuck is he doing.

I'm not defending him. I'm just saying I'm pretty sure that's the mindset from people. They like his idea and want to see it succsessful, and in order for it to be it needs support, so people support it. Art is subjective, and while I agree that the product is proving to not have a bright future and it's coming out to be a boring and frustratingly glitchy game, that's probably people's mindset....I mean it's not even the charmfully glitchy like the Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines can be. It's just annoying.

I'm in college and taking a team game design class. We have 5 weeks to make 3 levels of a game or at least make a short game that's beatable. I honestly think if I could do it with my current team and just have Osana, make all new assets from scratch, we could. We could literally just do Osana and be fine and make it fairly challenging. It's really frusterating seeing how much harder he is making this for himself.

No unfortunately, but it wasn't admins that were harassing him, it was supposedly normal users.
The posts are probably deleted, and this all happened before I ever even found the place. Since it's a wiki on Fandom, I believe there are admin logs somewhere that shows all the deleted posts from the site.

Yeah, regardless of the fact that Kokona would be undeniably the murderer, all she has to do is say you were there and you could become suspicious. You'd still be guilty of something if there was any evidence you had something to do with it. You'd be an accomplice/contributing to the crime.

Also, if Kokona hasn't been sexually abused, why does she care so much when you say (on the note you can leave her in her locker) that you wish to talk about sexual abuse, but not when you ask to talk about anything else?
I get it, sexual abuse is a problem, but so are the other topics if I remember correctly. Teen pregnancy is a big deal as well.
