Here he assumes Elon is making a pro-slavery argument when the entire point of the latter's tweet is to be anti-slavery. He's saying Britain abolished slavery, and that's a good thing! I can only assume he's referring to the second part of Elon's tweet but....

It takes a special kind of person to construe the second part as an attempt to justify slavery through an appeal to common practice. It's not enough to simply be retarded – one must be retarded and insane.

Twitter's 'For you' algorithm recommends his tweets all the time, even though I've never followed him or interacted positively. Some accounts just get massively boosted by algoritm changes and this is one of them. (Dreamleaf, EuphoriTori and Katy Montgomerie all benefit from the algorithm in the similar ways).

My hunch is that these aren't botted likes. Twitter simply shows his tweets to millions of users who don't follow him.
