I liked the repeater la-la bit in Spain's entry but the rest was dross.

I was also pleased to see Moldova and Croatia hop up the board thanks to televotes. I understand juries maybe not being wild on Moldova - but bit puzzled why the juries didn't think much of Croatia or The Netherlands which were both quirky but also showed some level of skill.

Also nice for UK to get a regular batch of points in the voting. Might be too much to hope the standard of potential entries we get improves but fingers crossed.

I really loved croatia and moldova this year, but it still sucked when i saw netherlands get 6 points with the televotes

Moldova was my favourite too and it was great seeing their huge public vote jump.

The UK did decently which made a change from previous disastrous years. I remember an entry we had back in the mid90s that did pretty badly but I wonder if it was 'before it's Eurovision time' and would've faired better in the current batch of entries.

Also, that Aussie mooning millions of people and being bundled off was surreal
