I doubt it. She spends time with her mom who looks either overweight or obese and that doesn't help her gain. Hanging out with fat people for anachans just gives them more desire to avoid being fat because they're constantly exposed to what they fear becoming. She'd likely just use ALR as fatspo to eat even less.
Now if she spent time with normal, healthy weight people who don't have eating disorders of the restrictive or overindulgence variety, then she might actually make some progress.

I'm not focusing on the stick of a body and those leathery limbs...
I'm simply gobsmacked that without the difference in outfits, it'd be veritably impossible to tell that this is a new shoot. Girl has next to zero variety in expressions and poses for her photoshoots.
She's a lifeless stick of beef jerky. And, in all actuality, I think I could possibly get more lively poses and variety from a stick of jerky shoved into a mound of sand and dressed in doll clothes.

Welp, she's definitely not there to actually swim or surf or do any demanding physical activity. So what would be the point of appropriate footwear. I wonder why they have so many of the photoshoots at the beach? It's super windy and the beach they're at kinda looks gross ngl.
