Why is he so bent out of shape about name changing? People do it all the good damn time for several reasons. I’ve never understood why whatever name our parents decided for us needs to be seen as the only “real name” we can ever have.
And Jim certainly seems to not care that he used his free marriage name change to change his last name, a bit of a faggy thing modern couples do to be trendy, but still valid.
Idk, maybe this is random sperging on my part, but something tells me Ralph is insecure about someone changing their name for a reason. Is it because his children will drop the Ralph name, if they ever have it? Did he want to change it but felt like he couldn’t because he made it a brand?

I know nothing about US law but am curious. If as Ralph mentioned he was to “pay a visit” to Gator’s neck of the woods and act in his usual douchey manner wouldn’t that breach his probation conditions?

He’s shown intent by sperging and making threats all over his cry-blog, if Gator were to call the police stating he felt threatened would that be enough to see Ralph hauled off to jail?

Ralph isn't under probation. A mere call to the police about him wont revoke the suspended sentence. He would actually have to commit a crime, and when someone threatens you, you have to actually be threatened for that to be a crime, Gator isn't actually threated by Ralph, obviously.

I think it can go a few ways. Better adjusted people either don't care or they distance themselves from the name. Ralph strikes me as the insecure little boy who worships his shitty dad, and constantly seeks his approval. Plus there's the (fake) traditional southern man "muh heritage" shit.
