Unfortunately they don't seem to fuck with Americans due to not wanting to cut off American tourism so I heard. But Ralph is an obnoxious fatass so maybe he'll get some narco to make an exception for him.

It depends on where he's going. If he's in Quintana Roo he'll be fine, their state economically relies on fat loud tourists like Ralph. If he's pretty much anywhere else, he'll be in real Mexico then and he's not gonna last long. Probably will get murdered for hitting on a narco's lady.
